They offer a wide range of courses, including software applications, programming, and business development classes. The classes are open to all state and local government employees, which includes OSU staff and faculty. Classes take place in Salem; registration is on-line (OSU employees would pay by invoice), and costs are reasonable. They do offer many excellent on-line training manuals at http://extension.oregonstate.edu/esoc/ectu/services/lessons/lessons.php. »OSU Cooperative Learning GroupsLearning groups are composed of OSU employees who meet to share expertise, learn new skills, and increase their understanding of OSU policies and procedures. Learning groups meet throughout the academic year, with registration typically occurring in October. There is no cost to join a learning group.
