The software listed below is used to communicate with enterprise data warehouses. Installation instructions for each application have been posted on the datawarehouse support team website. Note: We strongly recommend that you back up customer datawarehouse models and the TNSNames.ora file prior to running any of these installers. When clicking on embedded links you may be prompted to authenticate to the server. Provide your domain login and password to access the files. If you require a CD with the applications please contact the datawarehouse support group directly.
This batch file runs the Universal Installer in the background and silently removes Oracle 9.2.0.1 using a pre-filled out response file. If you have different versions of the Oracle client the same process will work with some additional minor changes to the response file. Browse to the install folder and review remove.rsp if you would like to remove a different version.
This batch file launches the Universal Installer with a pre-defined response file. The TNSNames.ora file is backed up to C:\DW-Backup and then restored once the install has finished.
The automatic installer for BI Query 9 will install the latest version of BI Query and prompt to remove prior versions installed on the system. The latest version is called 9.0.2 but will report as 9.0.1.0345 in the Help, About menu.
